I am a Ph.D. student in economics at UC Davis, under the supervision of Professor Martine Quinzii from the department of economics and Professor Brad Barber from the graduate school of management. Before coming to Davis in 2009, I spent two years graduate study in mathematical finance at University of Central Florida soon after I got my bachelor and master’s degrees in mathematics from Zhejiang University.  At Davis, I am a teaching assistant for the department of economics as well as a research assistant for Professor Brad Barber.  Besides the academic work, I have worked as a graduate intern in the Quantitative Strategies Group in the Global Equity Unit of CalPERS (California Public Employees Retirement System) Investment Office since February 2010.  My research interests cover a broad spectrum of topics including asset pricing and liquidity, market efficiency, and stochastic differential equations.
